[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compressor died 2 months after I bought the extended warranty on a hunch. Freezer died less than 1 year later. Nice to have warranty, but both times I was out of use for almost a month. In both cases: First visit 2 weeks after failure for tech to say "oh yeah its not working" and then wait another 2 weeks to get the parts and fix it, meaning no fridgr for a month the first time, no freezer for a month the 2nd time. Thank goodness I had backups.

We LOVE our fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our LG Studio refrigerator for 2.5 years and we absolutely love it. The door in door feature is one of our favorites. The inside is so spacious and bright. The filters are super easy to replace. It’s our first refrigerator with the freezer in the bottom and why on earth we didn’t get this type sooner, I’ll never know. It’s so easy to find everything and as a short person, I don’t have to get on my tippy toes to find anything. We have the stainless steel version and find it’s not hard to keep the exterior clean. It’s our first foray into LG appliances and we couldn’t be happier.

Had to use a cooler and buy ice every day until repairman came out. Nine days without a refrigerator. Fortunatley parts and labor were covered by warranty.
