Died After Three Years

Terrible. Compressor failed after 2 years. No WiFi

We were attracted to the WiFi feature. This never worked for more than 7 days at a time. No way to reset without pulling the plug. Support was useless. Then it failed after 2 years. The compressor failed and we lost an entire refrigerator/freezer full of food. The first and last LG appliance we will buy

The ice maker makes more ice than I thought it would. I keep the extra bin full of ice in the freezer. I love the freezer being at the bottom as a drawer. The extra door that opens without the entire refrigerator being open is phenomenal.

The door-in-door system works great and the refrigerator/freezer have a nice array of storage compartments. After about 18 months we did have a problem with the compressor, but LG promptly repaired it under warranty and it's like brand new again. The only thing I would like to see that it doesn't have is an adjustment for the size of the ice cubes, which tend to be a little small, but that's a minor issue compared to all the great things about the refrigerator.

Fortunately it’s was covered by warranty and it now has a new compressor. I have never had this experience with a refrigerator. Hopefully it’ll be fine now.
