[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer just before Christmas and am very glad I did. It has lots of different heat settings and works very well. A happy tune at the end when the load is done.
Pros: ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a month ago best appliances ever, I`ve had several washers over a 44 year period I believe these are the best yet though some did a fine job at the time raising kids putting the washing machine to daily use.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is nice and compact and washes a lot of clothes at once. My only gripe is after leveling it it still shakes somewhat due to the amount of speed the rinse cycle runs.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
This washing machine works well, holds a lot of sheets, blankets etc. and has dials that are easy to understand and use. My one problem is that, unlike my last washer, the rubber rim around the front is so tight that you can't get a cloth in to eliminate any excess water which makes the likelihood of smells and mildew greater.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Failed in 3 months the support bolts for the bottom tub weights hit the hinge plat and break the tub support and then the weight falls off. LG has a service bullentin and the fix is to order the same part that failed and hacksaw to modify.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this washer for several months now. But I have been very pleased so far. This is my first front loader type washer and so I talked to co-workers about theirs did some research when looking for a new washer and quite frankly I kind of heard similar things for front loaders. For one example, they can smell --okay, so I leave the door open after I'm done washing, not a big deal. I've heard other brand(s) have been known to vibrate noisily when spinning, but this one is very quiet (It's located in the basement and our old washer you could hear upstairs, but for this washer I'd have to go down to the basement to see if its running.). It seems to be able to wash both large loads and small loads and bulky loads and delicate loads all just fine. But the tub clean cycle comes in handy after washing the dog stuff otherwise the next load (especially if its a delicate load) may come out with some dog fur on it. I also like how it plays a tune when it's done.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we'd recently moved to the USA from the UK and I had always had a front loading washing machine, and wasn't particuarly keen on the top loader which was in our house when we bought it. The top loader was leaving residue marks on the clothes and I was having to wash and rewash them, so I knew it was time to replace it. I'm so glad we did!!! I love love love my new washing machine. It is much larger than the old top loader, both external and internal. It is lovely and quiet, has really useful functions such as the delay wash and quick wash. A normal cotton type load only takes about an hour, and as we live in the desert, water conservation is important to us, so the efficient use of water is key. Although money is tight, buying this washer was deffinately money well spent, and so glad we bought it when we did, at a great price too :-)
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use
