Started off good, but getting frustrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got excited that it was a brand new phone (when I got it in May 2017), however I've had nothing but bad luck with it. It does not like the Pages Manager app from Facebook, nor the Facebook app itself. I've so far had to restart the phone a couple times since I've had it because the apps I've mentioned have not been working properly and today it actually froze on the home screen and could not be restarted. A hard reset does nothing. Up until this point, everything else seemed to have worked on the phone, but it seems to be uncooperative in regards to working anything related to Facebook. The only way I got it to work was when I tried to go through a factory reset - it merely just rebooted the phone and now it seems to be working. I wonder how much longer before I have to restart the phone for any other issues...
Pros: easy to use

Color Matches my Car

Very Stylish and very rugged

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is everything I was looking for. Excellent volume level, is easy to do basic functions. I am a senior citizen and this is my first smartphone. It would be nice if there was a simplified users handbook available to explain some of the different functions that are available.

I love this phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace my samsung galaxy ,and I am very happy with this decision .After five years finally got my wife to get a smart phone and do away with her flip phones. After seeing her phone could not believe I was paying more for a galaxy when this phone had just as much to offer plus seems to be a better quality for a much better price.Battery stay's charged 3 times longer then my other phone did.Sound is much better and more options for ringtones and upgrades .
