Its like the Jeep of Smart Phones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone this week after using the LG V10 for the past year. It is a well designed smart phone. It has what is needed to survive every day life of a travelling salesman and have a phone that will help me enjoy the weekends. I like that it is waterproof and shock resistant. The three buttons that were on the bottom of the screen on the V10 are now hard buttons on the bottom of the phone. This allows you to activate a glove mode so it is easier to navigate the phone with your gloves. The Outdoor Essentials app is easily accessed with a single QuickButton on the side of the phone. This app has a nice compass, barometer, step counter and exerciser recorder. I would recommend this phone to a friend.

This is my first LG phone and WOW the camera is amazing the crisp photos I've taken,people have thought they were from an iPhone I am blown away with the battery life. I don't use the outdoor features much but it's interesting. Love the front facing camera the vocal commands to take pictures is awesome.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace my samsung galaxy ,and I am very happy with this decision .After five years finally got my wife to get a smart phone and do away with her flip phones. After seeing her phone could not believe I was paying more for a galaxy when this phone had just as much to offer plus seems to be a better quality for a much better price.Battery stay's charged 3 times longer then my other phone did.Sound is much better and more options for ringtones and upgrades .

Fantastic for the first few months but glitchy now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never gotten my phone wet and now it says moisture detected in the charging port, charging disabled. It's gotten stuck in a cycle of turning off and on, it lags even without a ton of stuff on it, and it isn't very old at all. I'm very disappointed because the phone used to be great!

great phone for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone because of the amount of memory for a reasonable price. The phone came preloaded with 100+ apps many I don't use and can't uninstall. That said there is still 15 gbs available; which is acceptable for how I use my phone

So far, it's been a great phone. I miss the IR feature to use a remote app with my old tv,and there are some apps I can't delete like Direct TV, (I don't have direct tv so why am I forced to have this app that is totally useless for me?) As a whole, has everything you could need in a smart phone.

A few glitches and no updates

I have had the phone for a little over 6 months now and overall like it. I don't care for some of the forced apps that can't be removed or uninstalled. Otherwise the only real performance issue I have is with the bluetooth cutting out frequently while streaming music. After many trial and error issues I have learned to close all other apps which often but not always works. The message "Bluetooth is not responding - Close App" is very frustrating. And having to restart it over and over is a pain. I keep hoping for a software update but so far not luck. Otherwise battery life and camera are great.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very durable with excellent features

I've had this phone for over two years and it is still in excellent condition. I've dropped it several times and the screen is still intact. The only problem is that it pocketdials 911 with the emergency call feature if it doesn't have a case on it
