Bought a yr ago bc it had a shatter proof drop proof screw. Well in my pocket the screen broke no one wants to fix it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an upgrade from a flip phone, and has alot of new features that I wasn't use to having. Still learning things that I can do with it. No disappointments so far.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this phone for over a month I find that it is one of the best phones I have used. It gives most of all of the features that you get with the more expensive phones and does it really nicely.
Pros: Performance, Quality, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone seems okay, awesome photos!! Just switched providers from a local, Chat Mobility, to USCellular - HUGE mistake, but can't blame the phone for fruad coverage maps... Only complaint with the phone is the weather animation feature. We've been in a draught, no rain for two months - yet the weather animation shows IT NEVER stops raining - well, okay it stops raining on the screen when I turn off the weather animation feature.
Pros: Features/Settings, Quality, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best phone per dollar on the market, only drawback are the buttons on the sides and non removable battery though the battery in this phone is excellent. This phone is rock solid!

I got this phone for my 14th birthday in august of 2017 and its February of 2018 and it's running slower than molasses in January
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For the price this is a lot of phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your an active outdoor person this is your phone. I no longer worry about getting phone wet or an occasional drop. So far this has done everything my other phones can but with the benefit of that long battery life. very well built.

BEWARE: NOT AT ALL WATERPROOF!!!

I bought this phone for myself and liked it, so I bought one for my son because of its alleged ruggedness, certainly not for its glitches and lack of speed. It's supposed to be waterproof or water resistant in 6 feet of water for 30 minutes. My son's phone was in 4" to 6" of water for 10 minutes and is now dead. AT&T told me to Google LG and take it up with them. The outsource representative from LG actually told me "Yeah, we don't really guarantee the phone is water resistant." But it was advertised as such by both LG and AT&T. The "you'll never have to worry about water or dust damage when you have the LG X Venture" was a complete and total LIE. All LG and AT&T cared about was selling a phone and not honoring their claims.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
