So Quiet

Overall we are happy with the dishwasher. It's so quiet you can't even hear it run. The red light is helpful in knowing that it is running. It seems a bit smaller than our previous dishwasher. There isn't as much space for large dishes in the bottom rack. There is plenty of space on the top rack for things like glasses. The drawer for utencils is very nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice and quiet

This dishwasher does an amazing cleaning job. It was a shock to behold the results after using for the first time. That said, I was also taken aback at how complicated it was to set up for the first time use. This may not be the unit for someone that is technically challenged. The online manual which is searchable, covers a mindboggling number of usage situations, from water hardness levels to button tones. Our installer turned it on and abruptly left. Now I know why! There are a number of how-to videos online which I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So quiet I can't tell it's running! This truly is the quietest dishwasher I have ever seen. It makes all my other appliances seem loud now...
-I do not like the panel. It's hard to press the start button.
-It is a Benchmark, but not really. It does not have CrystalDry™
-It is so quiet, it has a light to show it's running. But the light is red! So my brain keeps thinks there is an issue. I wish it would turn green when done.

Super Quiet but VERY poor Drying Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Bosch Super Silent Plus 38 dBA dishwasher expecting premium performance commensurate with the price and reputation. While it is impressively quiet and cleans dishes well, the drying performance has been extremely disappointing.
After running a full cycle and leaving the dishwasher unopened, we returned two days later to find the interior still very damp, with visible moisture throughout. We understand Bosch uses condensation drying, but this level of retained moisture feels excessive and raises concerns about hygiene, odor, and mold — especially for households that travel or don’t unload immediately.
We used rinse aid, proper loading, and appropriate cycles, yet the results did not improve. For a high-end appliance, we expected better drying outcomes or at least clearer communication that dishes and the interior may remain wet long after a cycle finishes.
This may be acceptable to some users, but for us, the trade-off between silence and basic drying performance is not worth it. We’re disappointed, as we wanted to love this dishwasher, but it doesn’t meet our expectations for daily usability or peace of mind.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
