Does not dry!

We run this dishwasher ever night with the maximum dry setting and still everything is soaking wet in the morning...We are now contemplating returning the product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

1) Fill the rise compartment with Jet-Dry.
2) Adjust rinse aid dispense amount according to the water type in your area.

Very quiet, trays hard to put back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this high end Bosch for two features: short cycle and ability to remove and replace trays to wash tall objects. The short cycle works fine although the digital controls are finicky and often difficult to use. However, the trays, which are relatively easy to remove are nearly impossible to put back in. We had to call out a repairman to get them reinstalled. This is a big difference from the tray in our lesser Bosch we had for 15 years whose tray went out and back in with ease. Also, the space for wine glasses is much more limited in this high end DW than our prior model, which is annoying to us.

fantastic cleaning

Clean but wet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even with the Rinse Aid setting on maximum, and the Extra Dry option selected, dishes come out clean but wet. This model lacks the CrystalDry feature of lower-priced models.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super Quiet!

This dishwasher was purchased in July 2017 to replace a broken one. It is in the center of an open concept home so it needed to be quiet. The sales staff at the appliance center told us that we would need to look for the light because we wouldn't hear the dishwasher running - he was correct!! It is super quiet!
We love the third drawer feature which is so convenient for small items and they don't get lost down into the bottom of the dishwasher!
The only downside is the evaporative drying feature. If there is the slightest lip on any item there will be a pool of water at the end. This is a minor inconvenience compared to the benefits.
Highly recommended!
