On The Fence

We bought our 7 year old daughter this for her birthday and within a couple of days the elevator stopped working, string is hanging out and it will not go up or down. I spent more money to receive a quality doll house to only have it break 2 days later. I spoke with customer service and they are sending us a new piece/elevator. I hope it fixes the problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed

I bought this house for my daughter online but the elevator isn't working properly. It gets stuck to go up and down aside the fact that it's broken. The garage door stays stuck and falls whenever she tries to open it.

Buy another sink?

Is there a way to buy the multi-use sink? Would love to keep it attached to the toilet, and have another for the other features.

broken pool

my princess loves her Barbie house but she is sad because she cant use the pool because its broken. I think this product should be pack better. there was one of the clips of the house that was broken but when you put the house together you cant really tell its broken I just hope the house don't break. I looked everywhere to exchange her house with out luck they where sold out everywhere! I wish I can get the pool replace!

Love the house... except

Bought this item for my daughter for christmas..easy assembly and my daughter loves it. Just today she went to play with it and the elevator is getting stuck and doesn't want to go up or down :(

My daughter loves but........

We purchased for our daughter for Christmas. She was very excited. It was easy t9 assemble considering. After playing for hours, the elevator cord broke and no longer works!! Really frustrating....

Ours came from an online retailer who usually has impeccable service, and our delivery drivers are quite professional (no past problems). The box had a gaping hole in it (my driver was dismayed!) and when we started assembly Christmas eve it became evident parts were missing and damaged. The toy's plastic is flimsy, and didn't stand up to handling when shipping. Pre-installed stickers were gouged in the package, several accessory parts were missing, and an upper floor has a warped and busted window-frame/support. Like even if I could successfully glue the broken frame back together, it wouldn't hold because the piece is bowed and warped.
The instruction sheet is REALLY simple, but skips all the smaller items (cereal box, juice cans, milk cartons, and a few other things.) It also isn't very helpful in identifying parts (removable part number labels that follow an expanded diagram would be nice.) There is an online tutorial video for the assembly but the lady goes pretty much by the leaflet so all the things that misses, she does too. Other than handling and quality issues, the layout and design are pleasing and the size is perfect for two young children to play cooperatively. But that is the only positive right now, that it is too exciting for them to be as bummed as I am about the quality and damage.

Broke in 5 minutes

I'm on a tight budget, so I had to save up to get this for my 5 year old for Christmas. The elevator broke within 5 minutes. For the money I spent, I expect some quality. The rest of the house was great and went together easy. what a disappointment for it to break Christmas morning. Save your money and buy a different doll house. This is over priced junk.
