Disappointed

As a divorced single mom of 4, 3 boys and 1 girl, I saved for months to get this for my daughter from Santa for Christmas. The look on her face was priceless as she ran to it yesterday morning. One of the middle support columns was broken when she opened it. We were able to put it together, but the center of the house is unsteady so the "pet room" is iffy. The elevator doesn't work and a pink string is hanging out of it. We've put new batteries in the cabinet twice but it still won't light up the sink & is iffy on sound.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smart accessory broken

Bought this for our daughter for Christmas and the “smart” accessory doesn’t work. The toilet sound only works every so often and the pieces to click onto the top don’t work at all. Very disappointed. If the smart accessory worked I would give this more stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for my daughter's birthday we had a problem with the garage door opener..tge door gets jammed easily

Only toy my little girl wanted

I bought this last Christmas(2016). My little girl just loves! She plays with it every day.It does take some time to assemble but worth it. I was a little disappointed in the quality for the price and then the elavator stopped working in a few days,I keep thinking I fix it but still doesnt go up and down with ease and comes off. She still loves it so I'm giving 4 stars for that reason. I'm hesitant to buy another one.

broken table already

I just purchased this house and assembled last night for my daughter. The multifunction table does not work at all even after switching batteries multiple times and trying to switch the top. How disappointing. I looked at the part available and this part is not even available. This was a main reason we bought this house was for this and its broken. How can a new one be sent to me and can additional ones be purchased

My Granddaughters special request

My wife and I purchased this for our granddaughter for Christmas. She SPECIFICALLY requested THIS house. She played with this house only a few times before the elevator broke, the string is falling out of the housing. She wants her pappy to fix it. And now the toilet doesn't work. I would love to purchase another sink fixture to attach to the other fixtures like the grill, fan and fish tank.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth the money!

I bought the Barbie Dreamhouse for my grandaughter and even spent a little extra and bought 3 extra of the electronic stands for the fan, aquarium and grill. Within a few weeks the elevator is no longer working and the string is hanging out. Can't figure out how to fix it
