Broke in 5 minutes

I'm on a tight budget, so I had to save up to get this for my 5 year old for Christmas. The elevator broke within 5 minutes. For the money I spent, I expect some quality. The rest of the house was great and went together easy. what a disappointment for it to break Christmas morning. Save your money and buy a different doll house. This is over priced junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Barbie's Dreamhouse got an upgrade!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter absolutely loves her Barbie Dreamhouse. She used to have one of the older models, but this one is by far a much better and upgraded version. The pink colors in the house are so pretty, and the details on every little thing are amazing. I truly enjoy how detail oriented the Barbie Dreamhouse keeps getting. The Barbie Dreamhouse will make a great gift for any Barbie fan! :)

Bad elevator!!

My daughter just received this a birthday present. By the second day of playing with her elevator is already broken. The string is extremely loose and sticking out. Very disappointed.

Love the dreamhouse

I purchased the dreamhouse for my 4 year old daughter for her birthday, Her eyes LIT up when she saw it, she absolutely LOVES it. She plays for hours with all her barbies. It comes with a lot of little extras and a ton of furniture. The elevator is probably her favorite of all. The garage is a really cool part of it too and it fits her barbie car perfect. The mansion is very well made and it makes my little girl feel like a princess. LOVE this product!

My daughter loves it but......

We bought this in Nov 2016 for my 4 year old. She loves it. It has held up so far, but there are a few issues we are having. The garage door gets stuck half way up. My daughter gets frustrated and tries to force it, and I am afraid she will break it completely soon. The biggest issue though is the elevator. It does not run smoothly. It gets stuck at random intervals. The string inside is loose, but there is no way to take the track apart to restring it. My daughter still loves the house and plays with it regularly. I however would like the moving parts to work reliably.

My daughter loves it

We bought this for my 6 year old this Christmas. We love everything about it except for the elevator. The cord is too long and gets stuck and she has to guide it up and down every time. This was after her dad had to shorten it and oil it up. For the price of this house the biggest feature should work properly
