Best Barbie House!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set-up of the Barbie house wasn't as time-consuming as I thought it would be initially, just by looking at the box and all the parts. It took my husband and I about 30 minutes overall to complete. The part I dislike the most is the stickers, I feel it would be best without the stickers, perhaps airbrushed or something would be a better option, the stickers end up with creases and things and then you cannot get them off without destroying them. Otherwise set up is fairly simple, you just pop most the parts in place. The quality is not the greatest; the pieces of plastic are quite flimsy. My younger children have already popped a few pieces out of place but my older child does really well with it. The internal features however are amazing. The house is loaded with tons of accessories and fun working items. Upstairs in the living room area there is a place for a real cell phone so you can actually use a cell phone and watch live, just by placing the phone in the holder. This is great for the kids to put on some Netflix cartoons and play on a Saturday morning. There are also tons of little features like the hangers and the closet area, the pet room, and the bathroom has a real flushing sound for the toilet. The toilet is my kid’s favorite feature of the house. The sounds are also very clear and very realistic.There is a vanity that you can also change out for different motioned accessories such as a sink, fan, a fish tank, and even a grill. I was a little disappointed in this set up that one base works everything and you have to change it out. I would rather have all the "working" accessories separately so that they didn't have to be swapped but just more interactive around the home itself. The problem is if you want to use the base as a grill, you no longer have the sink vanity. The elevator and the garage door is the best feature, it uses a nice slider for opening and makes it really user friendly and easy to open. On the side there is a window that transforms into a pool and it can really hold water! However I recommend use of this feature for an older child because not only can it be very messy in the home, but because the top portion of the home is cardboard and it can get wet and with enough moisture overtime you can risk ruining it. Overall besides the lack of durability with construction, and the smart features lack of versatility, I think this house is amazing. It is loaded with tons of fun and features for hours of play and my kids just love all the sounds and features this Barbie house has to offer.

Every Barbie Lover's Dream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dream house was the house I wanted to have when I was a child, but could never convince my parents to purchase. As a mother now, I have had so much fun watching my young girls play and can only imagine how much fun they will have as they get older. Where to begin? The house is three stories tall and each story has its own unique and fun features. The house comes with many accessories your child will enjoy playing with over and over again. My children enjoying playing with the "smart" accessories that make different realistic
sounds and light up. We also love the working elevator that can go from the ground floor to the top floor. Another great feature is the "TV" that includes a space for your smart phone so that Barbie can enjoy a movie and relax. The playhouse comes with so many great accessories and furniture pieces that really makes this dollhouse come alive. I am excited for the years of the fun that I know this will bring. What a great product!

Barbie Dreamhouse, when can we move in?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last weekend we decided to put together the Barbie Dreamhouse. My 10 year old daughter wanted to get it out of the box and put it together herself, and she DID! It took about an hour and 15 minutes for her to get it all put together, and she did it with ease! All of the instructions were very easy to read, all of the parts and accessories were bagged separately and easy to find. After getting the house all together it was time to decorate! We were excited to find a dinning table, chairs, a canopy bed, and even a refrigerator and kitchen accessories!! We all have really enjoyed playing with the garage, you can move the door up and down. You can also put Barbie in the elevator and have her travel between floors. We are really happy with the house and would LOVE to move in our selves!
Pros: easy to put together
Cons: the garage doesn't have a floor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ultimate Barbie Dreamhouse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughters were so excited when this arrived! It took us about 30 minutes to assemble with easy to follow instructions. We have a couple of Barbie houses already but none this big and with so much detail and accessories. This a 3 story house with 7 rooms. It has a garage that opens and closes with a lever. It has a really cool feature that the side window in the garage converts into a swimming pool. It also has a working elevator that goes from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor by moving a lever up and down. My daughters favorite feature was that you can insert a smartphone into the flat screen TV and play videos so it looks like a real TV. This dream house has a accessories (require batteries) that move and light up, there is a spinning fan, rotating aquarium, flushing toilet, grilling sounds and the sink makes water noises. It comes with over 70 accessories from toothbrushes, to silverware, to pillows and almost anything else you can think of. This is by far the most complete and detailed Barbie house to date. My daughters have already had lots of hours of play and this will be around our house for awhile because it seems very durable and good quality.

Impressive features and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remember having a Barbie dream house when I was little. Although I don't remember a lot of the specific features I remember feeling special that I had this really nice toy and remember playing with it a lot!
The dream house comes in its original box with a large, color picture of the contents. Keep that in mind if you order this and the recipient lives at the delivery address.
I wanted my daughter to be in awe when she saw it. So my husband and I put it together when she was sleeping. It took us about 30-45 minutes to assemble. There are directions, and a ginormous picture on the front of the box for reference. It's not difficult, the pieces snap together and they don't really let you do it wrong. There is a ton of accessories right down to food and cookware. We had fun playing with it before my daughter woke up. This is a large toy, that takes up a lot of space so have an idea where you will be putting it before it comes because it doesn't fold up for storage.
When I daughter woke up and ventured in the living room she first gasped and just stared for a minute. She was definitely in awe. She didn't know where to start. She picked up a lot of things to look and inspect. we showed her how some of the things work (she's four). She loved the elevator. The interactive counter/island is pretty cool. It will travel to different rooms for different functions. For example the toilet flushes, the fan rotates and the aquarium bubbles and the fish 'swim'.
The living room has a tv that you can slide your smart phone in and play a show for Barbie and her friends. Barbie is definitely become part of the tech world.
There is working garage door and the side of the garage comes down and doubles as a pool. This is probably my least favorite feature. My daughter of course wants to put water in it so Barbie can swim. Which can be a little messy in your living room. I would also like to see this come with a car, not even one with all the bells and whistles. Just something so that the whole house can be used at once when given to the child. Instead of going out to buy a car.
I don't think it's necessary to include a Barbie. By the time your child receives this they have probably accumulated quite a collection of dolls.
I think this is worth the monetary investment. This is a toy that will be used for several years, not just one season. It may also be used through several children if you have children of varying ages. I think for plastic it's pretty sturdy and will endure years of play. There is also great attention to detail. My daughter is really enjoying this!

Best dream house ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definately the best dream house I have ever seen. It's a lot bigger than I thought but she absolutely loved it. I love that every level has something in and exciting that actually works. My little one plays for hours on end with this. I can honestly say I have played with it myself a few times while she was sleeping. The working elevator is by far the coolest thing ever. Great product for any age

My daughter loves how realistic the feature of this dream house are. I'm constantly hear a flushing toilet. This toy is great for any girl any age our two yr old niece even like to play with it.
