The case does not protect the screen and makeup residue that gets on the blue part of the case does not wash off making it look old and dirty and I've only had it two weeks

Discoloration of lighter shades on a case can result from a number of things, depending on what the unit is exposed to on a daily basis. We might suggest switching to a different color that is darker, but just as stylish. I think this case offers more protection than others I looked at. The thick, flexible edging looks like it will soften the landing of a dropped phone. I found it difficult to put on -- where the flexible edging abuts the hard case section, it took work to get the edging over the side of the phone. But that may be just me and not knowing what I was doing.
