Great protection but...

I purchased this when I bought my phone. I love how "slim" it seems although it is a bulkier case. The best part is that even though the case is bigger wireless charging is still supported. However, the case does not work well with some glass screen protectors. If put on (slightly) too low the case will push the screen protector up makeing the phone difficult to use. But if you put the screen protector on correctly it provides a much more comfortable experience.

This is my third Otterbox for my third smartphone, and I always select the Defender Series cases. I rarely drop my phone, but when I do, it is usually a pretty ferocious drop! My phones have always been protected--no cracked screens, no broken pieces off the casing--excellent protection all around!!! I do wish this particular case had offered a greater variety of colors/designs to choose from. The Samsung Galaxy S8+ just became available April 21, 2017, so possibly there will be a greater selection later on. However, I needed the protection of the Defender ASAP. Overall, I am quite happy with my purchase. Oh, don't forget to get the Aqua Glass screen protector; this case does NOT come with the usual plastic screen protector due to the curved edges...

The best cell phone protection ever. I been using Ottebox cases for 12 years now. I didn't like the fact that I wasnt 100% sure if I needed the Alpha Glass to have complete protection. I got the case and I seen that indeed I needed the Alpha Glass but thats ok because its the way the Samsung has changed the screen design.
