I have had my latest Otterbox case for a couple of weeks now. The fit was perfect out of the box, and my controls still work fine. I have had Otterbox cases for my other cell phones - they always fit great and outlast the phone. I dropped my last phone about 12 feet about a week after getting my case and didn't even realize it until the next day. I went out to the ladder I had been on the day before, and it was lying at the bottom of the lower platform, phone in perfect shape. Several years ago, my daughter had a minor issue with an Otterbox case she got at a kiosk. After contacting Otterbox and explaining the issue, Otterbox sent a brand new replacement. They have always taken care of me, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

This Case takes the bulk off. Other cases add so much more bulk to the phone. I get the same protection, more hand comfortable and it looks great. I'll buy another one for my next phone, whenever that will be.
