I need a refund - Dropped phone & screen cracked

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I was excited to get a new replacement cover -same case I had previously. However, there is obviously a difference as I dropped my phone recently and the screen is now cracked. I will be pursuing a refund AND a replacement phone.

The Defender case is fantastic. Extremely tough and durable. I'm not a fan of the clip attachment that comes with the Defender, but the three piece case is worth it. The color and texture of the case is great too. The Defender is so strong of a case that I have no fear when I drop my phone on ANY surface.

I like ottobox defender cases because there're durable, should incase i ever get clumsy and drop my phone I know there is a significant amount of protection to my phone. I however thought the color was a two- toned color with a light green strip on the edge, so I was disappointed when i opened it and saw a solid color. That was my peeve.
