This cases is just like all the others I have purchase. But I was disappointed when I received this one. I was looking for the screen protector like all the other defenders.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi there,
We are sorry for any misunderstanding with your Defender case purchase. We certainly were not trying to surprise or disappoint anyone with the screenless design. We are simply providing the best protection possible without hindering the infinity screen on the Galaxy S8+.
If you happen to have any questions please do not hesitate to give our friendly Otters a call at 1-855-688-7269. We are happy to help!
Very protective and well made case. The main thing to know - most screen protectors will not work with this case. Lips of the edges lifts the protector off the phone.
DOES NOT WORK WITH THE GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR THAT OTTERBOX SELLS
Have yet to find a protector that will work with the case. Still a fantastic case though.
Case fits perfectly, soft at the touch. I wasn't a big fan of the screen protector on previous defender cases, so that's no big deal to me. This case also makes it easier to use the finger print scanner on the back of the phone. So bottom line in my opinion its a GO.
Like others, I was initially disappointed that the Defender case doesn't have a screen cover, but since the phone is curved, it really wouldn't make sense. Honestly, I think otterbox did a great job with this case; it's just as good as the old versions (of which I've had several) and the curved shape of the top and bottom do a great job of protecting the screen. On top of that, I love the color combo options (I "built" mine with a black outer case and a teal inner case) and think the colors are vibrant and hold up well. Overall, I'm really very satisfied. As a side note, I will also do a review on the Alpha Glass but though I'd include it here. When I first got the Glass, I was very unhappy - the touch sensitivity was TERRIBLE and I couldn't stand using it. However, after a series of misadventures, which included trying many other screen covers, none of which would stay on, I decided to put the Glass back on while I thought about what to do. During that process, I accidentally removed the adhesive strip that was around the edge of the Glass. Since the Defender case forms around the screen cover, the Glass still stays on perfectly and, bonus, it improved the touch immeasurably, especially on the curved edges. If you have an Alpha Glass and a Defender case, I'd recommend trying to remove the adhesive and try the Glass again - it was the perfect solution for me.
