The cases I bought for my Samsung s8 fit well, the material appears to be solid but it's a bit too slippery. Maybe building some grooves into the design would help with the grip.

I was under the impression that it was a completely enclosed case. It was not at all what I was expecting. I have 3 cases already like the one that I got from you all. There was no return address or any way to contact anyone about being misinformed about the case. Lesson learned. I will never order another otter box ever.

I had the same case for 3 years and it became cloudy and gray but it always protected my phone (I can be clumsy sometimes). I was impressed how well it protected the phone, I figured I'd buy a new case, my phone is still working really well, so I replaced the case.

Although the control button covers can occasionally be a bit unforgiving at the start, they definitely should begin to ease up with consistent use over time. That said, if you feel like you've already spent enough time with the case for any break-in to have occurred, please feel welcome to reach out for a brand-new warranty replacement and we'll be glad to get one in the works in hopes of a better tactile experience going forward.

I bought this otterbox case for my Samsung smart phone two weeks ago, and it looks great, is solid, was easy to insert my phone into, and I love the colour! I bought the case in Red, and it is very easygoing to see where my phone is in my purse and on surfaces. I feel better knowing that my phone I still well protected and also looks fab!
