I bought this a couple months ago and I'm so glad I did. This is my 3rd Commuter series (3 different phones) and I've always loved them! Keeps the dust and dirt out as I live in Africa. Plus it withstands any issues with dropping my phone more often than I'd like!

I've had a number of Otterbox cases over the years. I like the new option to mix and match the colors! I prefer the non-slip rubber-like Defender case than the hardshell slick case on the Commuter. Both work great! The ideal case: Defender without the plastic screen cover. (In the past, I've purchased a Defender case and then carefully removed the plastic cover. In addition, I cut off the rubber tabs that cover the headphone and power holes.)

I'm really happy I bought this box. It does everything its supposed to. I love that it was customizable but I think it'd be better if there were more color choices for both the shell and the softer piece inside. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the box itself is too wide for my phone at the top. For some reason, the bottom of the box fits perfectly but the top, however, has a small gap to the left of the screen and a pretty good gap to the right that things can actually fall into. I think if there was a piece of the shell on both sides at the top, this problem could easily be fixed.
