I bought this about a week ago along with the outbox commuter case. They fit together decently but after leaving just the glass on for 24 hours and then putting the case back on, the adhesive at the top of the screen has come loose. If i need to swipe diem from the top i have to push extra hard to push the glass down and then swipe. Pretty annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than S7, but not quite

I purchased this product last week. The sensitivity is much better than the Alpha Glass / S7 combo was. But the Alpha glass is almost cut too large to fit with ANY case. The S7 glass allowed a slight edge from where the Alpha glass ended to the actual edge of the S7 screen, all the way around. This one on the S8 goes to the edge of the glass completely. I'm dead-aligned with the ear speaker and the bottom of the Alpha class is just barely longer than the actual screen. So any case I put on, including the Otterbox, actually pushes the Alpha Glass up and creates a gap at the bottom. I have to wonder if I may have a defective Alpha Glass because I cannot imagine the Otterbox products would not play well together. I'm making it work now with just the Alpha Glass on and no case which I know is a risky move. Hoping the product improves for others but I wouldn't recommend just yet.

I'm glad it covered the full screen. It feels sturdy and gives a pretty clear display. But the adhesive is only around the edges. So sometimes when you use the screen, you can feel the push of the screen and protector, like a small gap. If water gets in, forget about it. Not shot getting it all out

I bought this screen protector for my S8 + and the protection is great but it has a weird red hue in the edges where the glass bends. Not sure what it could be from but I will be calling otter box to find out what can be done.

Doesn't seal at top or bottom so you have difficulty with touch interface at important areas of screen (home button, incoming messages). Dust would find it's way in as a result.
