I bought it at an extraordinary high cost relative to many of the other screen protectors that are out there because it came from OtterBox directly. I also bought it because it said it worked with their case. In the process of snapping the case on the screen protector shattered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had the screen protector on for only a week now and dust has already gotten between the phone screen and the Otter Box screen. It will have to come off. Looks like no screen protector for S8+

The Otterbox Defender case with the Alpha glass is a great combination for the S8+! Otterbox did its homework on this. The Alpha glass provides really good scratch protection and DOESN'T REDUCE TOUCH SCREEN SENSITIVITY AT ALL - something that most other screen protectors fail to do. Still looks brand new after throwing the phone in my pocket with car keys every day. Price is more that the cheap products, but you get what you pay for.

I have had this on my phone for 3 weeks now. Seems to do it's job. easy to clean just wipe it off with a cloth. You really cannot tell it is on the phone that is how clear it is.

Great screen protection, but it needs work

On its own, it's alright, but the case doesn't get along with it so well. It doesn't really stick to the screen, it slides around and I've had to readjust it multiple times since receiving it so my touch screen is fully functional. I don't want to go without screen protection, and Alpha glass is definitely going to protect it, I just wish it would stay put. If not for its constant mobility, I'd give it all 5 stars.
