It's my 1st time using alpha glass and I gotta say, it worked well for about a week. I certainly can't knock them for Samsung's terrible design; however, I do believe an intergrated plastic shield with the defender model could have worked a lot better. For example anything that I dictate takes twice as long because I have to press so firmly in order to move the cursor. Even when I have the cursor I have precious little control over it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not good Otterbox. I appreciate your replacing the broken screen protector. But why make a product that you say you know will breaks because it the curved surface. Don't make a solution that is faulty. Again, thank you for replacing the product and being willing to replace it again when it breaks again (minus shipping).
