OtterBox has high quality products. It took some time for me to properly align the Alpha Glass cover on the phone screen, but once I got that part done all the other pieces fit into place perfectly. If I didn't know the parts were added on I would guess it was built that way. The screen handles the finger touch the same as it did before the Alpha Glass was added and the protective cover on the rest of the phone fits just like a glove. Of course, the protection adds weight, but you can't (yet) get the protection without the weight. It provides me with the confidence that I am protected even if the phone slips out of my hand. Thanks, OtterBox!

The screen became unresponsive to touch within 3 days. The otter box case appears to be the problem as it puts pressure on corner which causes the glasse screen to raise off phone and it to become unrespos I've t when applying just a little pressure it warped and then cracked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So fragile the S8+ Alpha glass broke multiple times trying to install it. It also bearly fits into Otter Box protective case. Falls off every other day.

I purchased this and installed on my brand new s8 plus. First it didn't stick very good at all, despite using the wipe and towell, making it extremely hard to navigate the screen. And then to top it off itg cracked 3 days into having it. Took it off and threw it away. Overpriced piece of plastic imo.

Don't Waste Your Money

Just got the protector and installed it with the defender case and it would not stay glued to the screen which made it hard to even type or scroll. Was not as case friendly as you market it to be!!!! Will be contacting the BBB and giving my rating to them!!

I havent had any problems with mine at all and didnt loose touch sensitivity. I see all the negative reviews. You have to snap the case back together after placing the Alpha Glass on the phone not sure how it would pop off if you one did that. Anyway I have the S8+ and the wife has the S8 no issues at all with either one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
