I bought around the beginning of December and had to order a new one a couple or so weeks later because it wasn't sticking any more. With the warranty I was sent another one. So I'm hoping it was a fluke. For my galaxy S8+

Well they did their job but... I broke 2 alpha screens and 1 defender case in 2 months all separate occurrences. I am not that tough on my cases. Had otterboxes for the last 5 years plus without ever braking one. Like I said before my phone is fine. I one situation I left the phone in my cargo pocket and when I removed it an hour later (I don't remember hitting anything)the alpha glass was spidered. Kind of expensive to replace an alpha glass every month and a case every 2. Going to try something new

I bought it to go with the case and within a week it started to come off because it didn't fit right in the case and after it started to come off it cracked then got completely broke when I dropped it. Worst glass screen protector ever

“Worst ever”!? That's certainly not a combination of words we like to hear in relation to the Alpha Glass. It was designed to be 100% compatible with all of our cases, so the lack of appropriate fit is not a typical experience.

I bought this to protect my new phone as I work away and was concerned my phone would get damaged. In just a few days the screen protector broke just from my phone being in my pocket without it ever being dropped or bumped. Not happy with what is usually a good brand! Wasted my money.
My husband offered to change the screen protector on my Samsung galaxy s8+. After changing it and getting the perfect fit, he tried to put my phone back into its case....and it shattered..in his hands.

The Good: After correct installation this is a great screen protector. Since it is made to work with the Otterbox case I bought, it fits perfect without rising up on the edges. Its clear enough that I can't even tell it's on. I haven't dropped my phone yet to see how it stands up, but I feel confident in it's strength.
The Bad: Installing it correctly is key. Took me a second try to line it up, and its still not perfect. Took a star off for not having any kind of guidance trey/system to properly align it, mine is still slightly higher than perfect. The tacky sticky lining reapplied a second time just fine, and I did not notice any residue from the first attempt. That kept it at 4 stars for me, you really can't expect everyone to line it up perfect and a second attempt is to be expected sometimes. I have had other screen protectors that due to their adhesive would not allow any adjustment or second attempts.
The OK: Very slightly noticeable is a whole screen grid array of dots. No star taken off here because you really need to try to find and see them. They are far less noticeable than say my fingerprint smudges or glare from overhead lighting etc. Honestly I forgot they were there until I wrote this review. Some super OCD neurotic people might care, but not your average person. I have a Galaxy S8+ and the sole reason I picked this phone was for the screen quality. There is zero issue or loss of clarity, the display is gorgeous.
