Manual Required

I had the above installed by a contractor when they put in a new gate for me but did not leave a manual. How do I get one as I could not find one on your website or an email address?

False impression of functions

This unit only makes siren or horn sounds depending on the channel. Each only five beeps. You cannot select a chime for the driveway sensor which is not stated but falsely implied on the package. I want a refund but the hard packaging requires destruction just to get the unit out, so ineligible for refund at my supplier. Very dissapointed.

Driveway Alert

Was disappointed when first received that I could not change noise as only wanted to know if people arriving not frighten people/friends away. When looking further into it, I switched off alarm one and re programmed 2 after listening to that switched 2 off and re programmed 3 a much better noise to alert me we have visitors

What were they thinking >.<

You would think a "KIT" with a door bell with many different tunes would come with the door bell button for this but it does not! You cannot purchase it separately or in a kit it doesn't exist. And the alarm sensors are not sold separately.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. This unit will only have the option to change the chime when attaching a Doorbell. The receiver will have preset alarms for each channel to help you distinguish them.
