Refrigerator and freezer not cold

I bought this and delivered yesterday. Reading manual, temperature control was set to "4" and adjust to desired temperature after 24 hour. After more than 24 hours, refrigerator and freezer still not cold. Need to call Haier and Store to have repair person come. This is brand new, and does not do what it suppose to do. Food inside are all spoiled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I brought this literal 6 months ago and the bottom stopped cooling all together. The freezer overly froze everything
