Interior dripping with moisture at times, exterior drain pan in back overflows onto floor.

Hello. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us about your experience with your top-freezer refrigerator. We regret that you're having trouble with interior moisture and a leak from the drain pan. We know these issues would cause concern and would like to assist.
Moisture on the inside of the refrigerator can occur when the humidity is high. Drying the surface and adjusting the temperature knob to a slightly cooler setting can help with this. You may also want to limit how often the door is opened, and check the gasket to ensure there are no tears or gaps and the door is sealing properly. If any open containers with water are in the unit, those should be sealed or covered to limit how much moisture is accumulated in the interior. These steps should help reduce interior moisture.
An issue with the drain pan leaking onto the floor could be caused by a clogged drain tube. If you think that may be the case, the drain tube would need to be cleaned to resolve. Some disassembly would usually be required to access the defrost drain tube, so we would recommend contacting our service department at 1-877-337-3639 for assistance if you think the tube is clogged.

Perfect size for a 2nd fridge

We needed a refrigerator in a hurry and this one was in stock ready to load and take to the beach house. We needed a secondary one for the overflow of needed beach beverages and snacks and this one is just perfect.

Freezes vegetables in fridge on lowest setting

This refrigerator consistently freezes vegetables that I put in the refrigerator compartment. Even when I adjusted the level of the unit, and set the temperature at the lowest setting. I’ve been trying to set up a service call for a month and keep getting canceled on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Other than adjusting the temperature setting, you can also check to make sure the vegetables are not too close to the air vents at the top and rear walls of the refrigerator. If the air clearance is blocked that can result in this sort of issue. We also recommend keeping an adequate food load in the unit – ideally, it should be at least half full at any given time. If the refrigerator has less items than expected to keep cool, freezing issues are possible.
We also regret that you've had trouble with setting up service for your refrigerator. After reviewing our system, it looks like you currently have an appointment pending; we are confident the service technician will be able to resolve your concern. If you do need to reach out to the service department again, they are available at 1-877-337-3639.

Great small-space refrigerator!

It took some time to get the temperature just right, but once I did it's perfect
I have it in our utility room, so very convenient and not out in the hot and dusty garage. And a great price to boot!
