Fridge was working great, then the freezer stopped defrosting and the fridge wasn't getting any of the cold. Everything was ruined. This happens a few months back, then again now.

Not so hot.

It freezes stuff in the refrigerator section and over freezes in the freezer. I have adjusted it multiple times and it doesn't really change (so have my maintenance people). It also leaks at the bottom of the refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

watch out

when I first plugged it in the freezer started to make snow mounds because the gasket was not put in correctly so it did not seal and air came through the not sealed gasket. Also they forgot to plug in the motor for the evaporator so it dripped water inside and dripped on to the new wood floor. they came to fix it so we will see how it fairs.

Don’t love it

Am stuck with this fridge because it fits exactly in my narrow kitchen space. It does not hold a constant temperature, but appears to cycle between 29° and 42°, which is very disconcerting to me. At one point the milk was freezing, so I dialed up the temp, but I don’t know how to assess if food is being kept cold enough. I miss the 3 door shelves my old fridge had - now there are only 2. Furthermore, they are very deep so they take away from internal fridge space. Same with the freezer. I now need to put my ice trays sideways which is much less efficient.

Holding Water
on March 25, 2024

I can't figure out why it keeps holding water on the top tray in the refrigerator.
Response from manufacturerBy Devin, Haier_Appliances, March 27, 2024
According to page 19 of the owner's manual, if moisture is collecting on the inside of your refrigerator it can be due to one of the following: - High humidity - Doors open frequently or left open - Open container of water in the refrigerator
Please see the owner's manual on our website at the link below: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--vicktZM8--/b7632b681d313f03fea254cce30c0bd193092764.pdf?_ga=2.160175166.243141866.1711566505-1425486720.1675182668 -
