disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this fridge with a set two months ago. A month in and i already have a repairman scheduled to service it. The fan in the icemaker is going. totally unacceptable. thank god for warranties. Hopefully nothing else goes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your refrigerator will make many sounds such as humming, sizzling or rattling, which are a part of the normal operations. Love all but one feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my refrigerator's finish. It's the new black stainless steel. I also love the freezer on the bottom - new for me. The fridge and freezer are huge- so much storage space. My only complaint is that the ice maker makes ice much slower than my old refrigerator .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with everything except the ice maker, I've had this appliance for about a month and it has NEVER made a full bin of ice. I have a counter top ice maker that I keep the bin filled with. Still waiting on dyers big sandy to replace it, I was told that the wrong one was sent and they reordered it. And I don't like that the water isn't cold when it comes out of the dispenser
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yikes! Firelady, our refrigerators that are manufactured on or after 2011, the dispenser does not supply chilled water. The dispenser draws water from the home's water supply through the water filtration system for fresh, clean water. I am happy to hear your local retailer is assisting you with the ice maker matter. Our first with bottom freezer

I had concerns about the capacity of the ice maker from other reviews but it keeps up well enough for my wife and I. It took some time to figure out how to get taller items to fit with shelf configuration but we finally got it. Wife loves the black stainless finish.
