Great Induction/Convention oven

I like this range a lot. It fits into an opening built for a standard range, no requirement for a 'filler' behind it. Induction is very precise, from 'simmer' to 'power boil'. It works great. and heating is very even. The top cleans up very easily and the induction oven is excellent.
Why induction? A few reasons: first, it does not throw off a ton of heat like a gas or ceramic cooktop. I used gas for years, and the control I get from induction is better, believe it or not. It also shuts itself off if you take a pan off and forget to turn it off yourself, so it is safer. If you have a downdraft vent, there are no flames to 'pull'.

Love induction cooking vs gas

After using induction in our RV we decided to get this to replace the cheap contractor stove in our house. It had all the features we wanted - convection oven, induction, warming element, warming drawer, and controls on the front. The slide in format makes it easier to clean as crumbs can be wiped off with nothing to catch them. Oven bakes perfectly. The induction cooktop is faster than gas and more responsive. Spills are easy to clean since the food doesn't get cooked on. Just lift the pot and wipe with a paper towel and it's clean. About the only downside so far is a humming noise with some pans.

Enjoying my new induction range!

I've had this range for about two months now and am enjoying cooking on it. It heats up quickly and is so much easier and faster to clean than my old coil type range. I love the sliding rack in the oven and so far my brownies and thanksgiving turkey turned out beautifully. I would prefer that the control buttons be located somewhere else or maybe angled differently so when I'm cooking and lean onto the range I don't accidentally change the setting.

Beyond expectations

I am so very impressed with this induction stove stop. I have never made beef stew successfully, but I can get the heat low enough to cook beef stew perfectly. The oven cooks very well also. Induction cooking is wonderful!
The only negative is it is very deep and needs to be moved back farther so I can reach the microwave over it.

I love the induction cooktop! This range makes it a pleasure to cook. Oven temperature is exact and evenly heated. Warming drawer perfect for warming bread. Smooth top is very to clean.

Induction and Convection! Love it!

Bought in November '15 just before Thanksgiving because my last GE oven gave out after 28 years. I love this oven! My turkey was done early and looked great! It holds heat well and it beeps when it reaches the temp you set it for. I have used the probe on a standing rib roast, when it reached it's temp it shut the oven off. The roast was perfect. I love the sliding rack, but also learned not to lock the rack in place when doing pumpkin pies, just slide the rack back in oven and close door. It also has 3 racks!
On induction cooktop the water does boil quickly. I wish they included a guide for *F settings on the stove instead of just numbers (1/2,1,1 1/2, 2 etc.). It would be nice to know for frying foods or making candy etc.
The only drawback for me so far is sugar will pit the glass cooking surface, so clean up immediately! I haven't had a problem yet, but I do use sugar on the stove. I always make sure the cooktop is clean before I use it too.
The warming drawer is a nice feature, I don't use it that much. I have used it twice in 2 months time.

Love the design! Fit perfectly! Don't know how I lived without the induction!
The warming drawer works great. I've never had one before and I'm sure I will put it to good use. Spent more money on the induction but if you are stuck with an electric stove it's the best choice!
