Wonderful example of spectacular cooking process. Induction cooking surface is excellent but takes a bit of getting used too because it heats so fast. Proper cookware is critical.

Love the Induction

Had an induction cooktop before and moved to a new home were we had to replace the existing range with another induction appliance. We were actually planning to purchase a different brand but after comparing the two models we chose the GE. We just love the features this GE range offers.

We've only used the burner portion of the range, since it's been too hot to bake, but what we've used, we LOVE!! I'm so happy with the induction. It works so well. I'd recommend this product to anyone........in fact, I already have!

My area does not have gas service and I was not happy with the standard electric stove so I opted for the induction stove which I had seen in Europe. I am very happy that I did. Now I'm cooking with gas, only it is electric

Love all the features

I love all the features of the Advantium 120, especially the speed cook. I use it quite a bit as a double oven. When I cook frozen buttermilk biscuits, they turn out perfect every time. Everything I have cooked in the speed cook has turned out perfect. I also love the Induction Range because when you turn the heat up or down, it's almost instant. The first time I cooked spaghetti sauce on my new range, I put a paper towel under the pot and it collected all the spatter from the sauce. I have bragged to everyone about these two products and recommend them highly to everyone. If we ever sell our home, the Advantium and Induction Range are coming with us.

I have had this stove for a week and love it. Easy to clean, heats up so fast, keeps the kitchen cool. I did buy new Calphalon pots and pans and love those too. Not sure yet about gaining any time with the convection oven, but so far what I have baked has turned out well. Expensive, but I think it will be worth the cost.

Good looking great features

We very much like the range. It heats and controls temperature very well. The only issue is that the rear feet for install are very difficult to get to due to the fact that there is a floor below the heated drawer. There should be remote cable adjusted rollers that are accessible from the front of the unit for the rear feet. Also the convection fan is a little louder then our previous ovens.
