Not that happy

I don't like the panel on the front. I have to lock the controls all of the time, because it is very touchy. It makes a sound when ever I bump the controls. I cannot shut the sound off. When I'm cleaning it, it drives me crazy. the cooktop stays hot for some time after I shut it off. My past experience with induction, was that it cooled very quickly. This does not.

HOORAY! My family finally eats dinner!!! AWESOME!

I must say, I have never been one to enjoy cooking and never thought I would but WOW was I wrong! This oven has truly been so amazing and I am just shocked at how precise the entire oven works. It fits so nice and clean into our kitchen and brings a more sophisticated look which that alone is appealing, but when I first turned on the oven, I was impressed with how fast it preheated and how fast just a pot of water began to boil! I am serious when I say that I have started cooking more for my family (which of course they like) because without any other way to describe it, this oven just makes me happy! I especially like how you don't have to lean over hot burners to turn knobs when cooking and that there aren't any knobs anyways! That is huge for me because I never felt capable of cleaning my old oven real good since the knobs would never really come clean (Severe OCD hinders my ability to accept things which are not problematic but in my mind seem to be). I'm even baking stuff like cakes which anyone who knows me well can testify how very out of character that is for me. Not any more. Folks, if you are seriously looking to purchase a new oven, I do hope you will really consider this exact model. I don't work for any companies, nor am I anything more than a housewife who cares for four boys and a husband so I hope you will keep that in mind when searching for your next oven because from my experience and genuine opinion, you will not be disappointed with this one!

High Maintenance!

Need to clean the ceramic top after each use even if you only use one burner because food/water spots could hit other areas. Must use special cleaners which cost more money. Pots/pans have to be the right size for each burner or it doesn't work--limit flexibility.

Induction too hot?

I've been using my induction range for over two months. We don't need to boil water for every meal, so finding the right setting for other simple things--a grilled cheese sandwich or a can of tomato soup--has been beyond my skill level! And I've been cooking for over 40 yrs. I'm using settings of 4 and below for most everything. When will I get to use 6, 7 or 8? I can't recommend this product. We sure were looking forward to it when we ordered it. Also the black top shows everything--esp. lint.

Beware of height issue

I have standard cabinets which are 34.5. I purchased quartz which is standard of 1.25 as granite is. This is 35.75 height. The minimum height for this range is 36. The only way to use this range is to either have custom cabinets made a little higher or get formica countertops.
