Sleek and fast but needs a couple of tweaks

The induction range is fast and easy to clean. I would recommend GE designers keep the back side of the top straight so it remains flush with the wall. It is slightly rounded and indented so it is not tight against the counter backsplash and has a gap on either side of the back edge. (Since this was a replacement range, the countertop already had an opening cut.) Also, for a large pan (canner) the front edge can interfere with the placement on the burner. It worked but was not ideal.

My first experience with induction has been positive. The speed of heating is remarkable. My All-Clad pots/pans work well with it. The design is beautiful and I love the bridge feature. Pricing is competitive.

I had done extensive research anticipating we were going to need to replace our electric range when it failed, two days after Christmas. With a house full of guests arriving momentarily, for a week in the mountains, and 2 refrigerators full of food, I lamented the timing, I knew the GE Profile series induction range was the best but the cost at that moment felt prohibitive and we needed a range delivered immediately. My husband insisted there would be no compromise and the GE Profile Series induction range was delivered the next day. But for a couple of instances when I needed to flip the curcuit breaker on & off to reset the electronics because of a power surge it has exceeded my very high expectations. The response and minutiae temperature control of the stove revivals the finest gas tops and the oven bakes, broils and roasts to perfection both traditionally and using convection. Plus 3 or more hours of pizza making or baking does not result in the kitchen being an oven!

I love this range. The only thing that I didn't like is I had to buy new pots and pans because of the induction process.

I bought this range to experience new technology and very satisfied with my choice. More efficient, faster and cleaner. Have to get use to use right size pot for specific location on the top.

I recently moved into a condo that does not have gas and I decided that an Induction range was my only choice. After using it for the last 3 months I simply love i! It boils very quickly and is very easy to regulate the temperature. It's so easy to clean that it still looks brand new! The convection range heats up quickly and cooks evenly. The warming drawer is icing on the cake!

This is my first induction oven and I love it. I had wanted gas but the cost of adding in the gas line was too prohibitive so if I didn't get gas, so I wanted to try the induction range. Pluses: great stovetop cooking. It heats quickly and does not retain the heat once you turn off the stove. Cooking has more finesse than the typical electric range top. I love the feature in this model, the glass top extends past the side of the range so it sits on your counter top. It provides a clean look and the food does not run down the side of the range where you can't clean it. Cons: you need pots and pans with metal that has strong magnetic qualities. I had to buy new pots and pans (which i love) but you need to factor that in with your costs.
