Screws coming out

I bought and the screws are backing out. I am trying to get a service appointment to fix it

Great product!

Overall, this is an excellent range. My only concern is that if you accidentally get too close to the controls, it will turn on. I find myself having to hit "cancel" when this happens. Aside from that, burners are very efficient and so is the oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

nice features love the grill start button hard to turn on, for price could have inclided a owners manual instead of leaving operation to guess work cheap

Great range....but...

We bought this range because it has the highest output burners in the price range we were looking at as well as a large oven. We needed this because we were converting it to propane and still wanted a powerful stove. There are really only two things we don't like. When the control lock is on the warming drawer can still be turned on. That's dumb. Also, when the oven is on and being used, if the warming drawer is accidentally turned on you have to hit the cancel button to turn it off, which also turns off the oven. Not well designed. I wish I could completely disable the warming drawer function seeing as I only use it to store pans.
