Cooks well when the burners are working

Initial performance is ok. Fires wears out and eventually doesn't distribute well. Hard to clean.

Excellent Range

We replaced the electric version of this range with the gas version. Very happy with the look and performance of it. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to switch to gas

control board goes blank except for clock

I bought this range 4 yrs ago and 2 yrs ago control board went blank started working about a week later. Last year same thing about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving started working again about a week later. Well happen again and replace the control board and same thing. Very unhappy with this range now it might be the key pad. I also did bye a freg. and microwave that are the GE brand.
Did have problems with the mother board too on the frig. working good now.

Bought three months ago,. hard to keep clean and oven cooks uneven with multiple trays even staggering as instructed. Control panel scratches real easy have to be careful with grates.

mixed feelings about this stove

Installed in Nov 2016.Grates nicely cover entire surface making it easy to put things close to pots. Easy to clean surface, though cleaning the readout always results in inadvertently turning something on. Problems: the probe doesn't work accurately AT ALL; the shelves don't pull out far enough, risking burns if you need to mix or adjust anything in the oven. Front of slide-in narrows, leaving gap on either side just perfect for food to fall into. Overall, I'm not that impressed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not as great as I expected

I purchased this in December 2016 so I have been using it for about three months.
My inital impression was that it has a nice, clean high end look. The warming drawer is a handy feature if you need it. You can keep sheetpans in there and just remove them if you need to use the warmer( I personally have not used this feature).
I love the slide in, with no back and the fact that it does have an overhang on the counters and it fits right up to the backsplash. Great feature as many do not snug up to the back wall without using a counter spacer.
I am disappointed with several features however.
The stainless front which is highly visible, scratched within the first use. It has received several scratches since. And as I mentioned, they are quite noticeable. The stove is also awkwardly tall (I understand that is so it can clear the counter on each side) I find it unnatural and a bit uncomfortable to stir the contents of deep pots. I am 5'6" so I am not considered short. The height issue could have possibly been addressed by using shallower grates. They dont need to necessarily be as tall as they are.
It is a nusiance that everytime you brush against the front of the range you activate the touch screen oven operation. I have in doing this, several times turned the oven off accidently. And I constantly activate the oven, but it does cut back off when you dont input any baking preferences. If you want to change the temperature while baking you have to cancel and restart the process. Minimal problem but seems as though it could have been thought out a little better.
I dont feel as though many womens insights were used to develope this range.
I compared many ranges and kept coming bank to the GE. I have always had good results with GE. Other brands also hae issues but you have to weigh what is best for you personally.
No photos because the oven looks exactly as advertised.
