Never again...

...will we buy a range with front-mounted touch controls. In fact, we will not buy touch controls regardless where they are mounted. I do not believe ours are aligned properly. We had on instance where nothing worked -- except for the warming drawer which kept recycling by itself for several hours. We place a service call but, of course, when he arrived everything was working again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have been using the range for less than a month; so far no disappointment. Need to get used to cleaning the top after each use to avoid build-up of burnt spills. Really like the flexibility is using the same element for different pot/pan sizes. Have not used the oven yet. Looking forward to my first baking experience.

Our PS920 is only six months old and has already had two substantial failures. A few weeks after installation, one of the burners ceased functioning. This required a lengthy service call. Now the electronic control panel has stopped working altogether. Fit and finish of the various stainless steel panels and plastic parts is very poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love how well this oven operates and all the options for different size pots on the cook top. The slide out rack in the oven is a nice feature! Only improvement would be if the drawer underneath were a bit deeper.

Very easy to use with very quick temp. response. Oven temp changes are tricky. You have to turn it off then reset to lower/raise the temp. Easy clean cooking surface is a def plus. Highly recommend this cooking range.
