Awesome Range

Overall a great stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this stove for about 10 months and overall it is a great stove. We have had the service technician out a couple of times but Bosch customer service has been great. First one of the warming drawer mechanisms did not work and the warming drawer was difficulty to open and then for it to stay closed. Tech came and fixed no problems since. The bigger issue we had is that burn marks developed by the rigd the grate was also made a little taller. No problems since. You do need to be carefuht front burner. This one was a little trickier to get repaired but it was found that it was a defect in this model and Bosch sent the tech a kit which raised the eye and up and raised the grate. No problems since. I love that you can truly simmer.

Well Designed Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dual fuel range in November & have been very happy with gas stovetop & electric oven. Oven is well sealed and heats to temperature quickly. Only disadvantage is the volume of the timer-we can't hear it outside of the kitchen. Will have to purchase another timer.
