Getting To Know You

Just purchased but the experience of purchasing and installation was great. Being that we are striving to learn how to operate and all the features. So far the experience has been wonderful and expect many years of cooking fun!

Great Oven *useless Beep

So far so good, but I don't understand why the beep even on the max, is so quiet. You can barely hear it.

Great Oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven 4 months ago to replace a 20 year old builder grade original oven. I cook often and use my oven all the time. I researched several different brands before I purchased this one. I love the look of the sleek stainless steel and the flat control panel.
It cooks evenly which is huge for me since I bake a great deal. I love the convection feature especially for baked goods. You can fit several baking sheets in the oven at one time. The only con I have found is preheating the oven takes a while. I had read this in several reviews before I purchased but it doesn't bother me. I can work around this. I have used the meat probe once or twice which is a very nice feature. Takes the guess work out for you when cooking a roast.
I agonized when looking for a new oven but I'm so happy I purchased this one. It matches my Bosch dishwasher which i love also. One of the main reasons why I went with the Bosch is because I have been very pleased with my Bosch dishwasher. I also bought the Bosch built in microwave that matches this oven. Love it also. Bosch makes great appliances all around. very pleased with mine.

Beautiful Oven Replacement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced another brand’s combo oven with this one and a warming drawer to help fill the cavity. I chose this oven model because I wouldn’t have to upgrade my 30amp line and the oven lights can easily be replaced. We love the Telescopic Rack, QuietClose door and quieter fan. My wife loves the large glass on the oven door compared to our previous oven. The overall styling also gives it a larger appearance. Love the stainless steel. The broiler is fast enough to make perfect onion soup. When the weather here cools down, we will have fun using this oven, new warming drawer, 5-burner electric cooktop and AutoChef frying pan to make healthy and delicious family meals at home.

This Oven Saved Thanksgiving!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved to a new house that had a 27" oven that was almost 20 years old. My wife almost cried when her cookie sheets wouldn't fit. The first meal was a disaster. How we longed for our Bosch Oven that we loved in our last home. Fast forward a couple of months and we are enjoying the new 30" Bosch Oven that fit nicely into our cabinet with minimal effort. We had three different dishes cooking in our Bosch Oven for Thanksgiving dinner and every one of them turned out perfect. The Holiday Cookies are being baked as I write this review and once again the oven is baking perfect cookies with even heat that insures perfect doneness. Thank you Bosch for engineering a great oven. We love it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this earlier this year and love the features I didn't have on my previous oven. My favorite is the built in thermometer- my meat always comes out perfect and I like the fact the oven shuts itself off so I don't accidentally overcook my meats. I also rely on the proof setting when I'm baking breads and rolls, and it has been so helpful on a few occasions where I've had to use the delay cook feature and loved coming home with meal complete! I'd buy this oven again!
