[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got ours installed about 2 weeks ago and have only used oven features a few times since it's been too hot here. We really like the double oven feature and can't wait to try it out over the holidays.
The griddle for the oval center burner on the range isn't that great - at least not for cooking bacon. Grease gets EVERYWHERE. Especially if you use the suggestion of high heat from the user manual. The user manual also indicates it only takes 5 minutes to cook bacon on the griddle. They must have cooked VERY thin bacon.
The other thing we don't like is that even though you can silence the beeps of the buttons (which we did immediately), the oven still gives some weird chime when it's done preheating and there is no way to silence that. Any kind of noise from an appliance scares our dog tremendously so this is not good.
A request that they put an option to mute that chime in a software/firmware update was met with an unhopeful answer. Our previous oven was a different model and when I silenced the beeps, it silenced EVERYTHING so I know it can be done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently remodeled our 1997 kitchen where I had been cooking/baking in small wall ovens and a radiant cooktop. Not only is this range gorgeous looking, it cooks and bakes like a champ. My only "complaint" is that when the oven is on, it makes a soft whistling noise that is loud enough to be heard in the next room. I have read a couple of other reviews where this is mentioned. It's not overly obnoxious but it is noticeable. Are there any adjustments that can be made??

Great oven but some disappointments

Have owned this oven for 6 months to a year now so my comments are: 1. griddle is a disappointment overall and so that feature is a wasted space,2 setting the timer is tricky because it jumps up from one minute to ten minute intervals after holding the button for less than a second it seems like, and 3, the warm feature should be on the top oven as well. Just me being picky on the last comment. Overall we are very happy though. Cooks well all around and is GREAT quality.
