[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: The construction material is on par for the price, the display is very minimal, the center burner is very nice and so far easy to clean. The oven is wifi enabled so you know when the pre-heat is done via phone. Burner allows for pretty high flow of heat that does sound like a jet at times. With the app, the unit reminds you to clean it once a week. The range doors are rather light considering their density. Size of oven's are good considering you lose some space with the gap between them.
Cons: The stove burner grates are rather large for some pans and makes them wobbly when placed on top. While the knobs are constructed well, the do feel wobbly at times also when nudged. Cleaning the grates have been slightly more difficult due to size and surface material. The oven controls are probably a little too over simplified which leads to needing to constantly move the dial to get back to the correct setting (for instance turning the oven off and on). The app for the oven is really lacking controls and use. For an IoT, there is lots of room for improvement as simple functions that you expect it could do are not present within the app like adjusting the temp or setting a timer/clearing timer/increase timer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this stove only viewing online as no store carries this model. It is beautiful and performs as advertised. I like the knobs - easy to read and very easy to keep clean - so far. The stainless is beyond beautiful, easy to clean and does not show fingerprints. The area under the grates wipes clean without any problems. Still learning all it's many features as only installed in remodeled kitchen 3 weeks ago. Grates are very heavy and sturdy. Baked in both ovens - worked as advertised. However, I could not understand why LG put a sticker on the front of the glass of the upper oven that left a very large and very nasty sticky residue that was difficult to remove. Also do not understand why LG put the Model and Serial number information on a piece of metal that swings down BEHIND the back of the stove. This stove is extremely heavy and will not be pulled out unless necessary. I took photo of serial number information before it was installed. This is a terrible location for a serial number.

Fast/efficient features with a sleek design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been a few weeks using this oven and I’m in love! The burners boil water super fast along with the preheating feature for both upper/lower oven. Both ovens do a great job distributing heat and cooking evenly. My absolute favorite feature is the self cleaning because it uses only mist. I’m able to clean the oven after each use instead of a long arduous task. Perfect for a family with two working parents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven temperatures fluctuate. Tried adjusting the temperature (which, really?! again for this price, should work perfectly!), but still had to keep an eye on the temperature throughout the cooking time and keep adjusting throughout the time. So infuriating when you have a timeline for multiple dishes when things aren’t done in time or overdone. So disappointed in this product. Was told when I bought this this was a double convection oven. LG should stick to tv’s.

Love the stove - BUT - What a whiner!

Love my double oven and gas stove with griddle but the constant whine whenever I use either oven is SO ANNOYING! Both retail store where I purchased and LG keep telling me this is normal. This is not normal. Please fix this issue or I’ll never buy another LG product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my range several years ago. It’s a beauty to look at. Top cleans really well. The ovens self clean feature doesn’t clean as well as I’d like, but it’s acceptable. I’ve a few issues, the oven knob was loose a couple of times and needed replacement and the oven lights stopped working properly, but I bought the extended warranty and both were fixed to my satisfaction and at no cost to me. My cleaning lady said she is going to buy one just like it. I guess that says something. I use the proofer very often as I bake all my own bread. The top oven runs hotter than the bottom one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove about 3 weeks ago & it’s an updated model of the one I bought a few years ago. The other stove stayed in my old house, so I was excited to buy this one since I loved the other one so much! This one is even better! I love the backless/slide-in feature, it’s a very clean/sleek look. I also love how easy it is to set the stove. The cast iron grates on top are easily removed since it comes in 3 pieces (4 if you count the griddle on top). I especially love the long burner in the center for using the griddle (no waste of center space!). Also, love their signature blue interior of the stove. This is a well working, beautiful stove/double convection oven. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Tired of problems, not recommended.

We've had our double oven gas range for 3 years now, have adjusted the oven temperatures numerous times because settings do not hold. We can only run one oven at a time, if we turn one oven on then the other one, the first one shuts off. We have two LG appliances and I don't recommend either, poor quality and very undependable. I've called the DIY help line that was a waste of time. We live in the country and the closest dealer is 60 miles away. I've talked to dealers in our town and they don't seem to care, just want to sell us another one.
