[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range in preparation for cooking a big Christmas dinner for guests. We were heavily depending on two ovens. We discovered two days before Christmas that the lower oven didn't work. Service was called, but no repair people were working during the holiday. The upper oven worked fine, but couldn't accommodate the size of all the items in the meal.
The next day we traveled 150 miles out of town, and while away we noticed on the app a message that our stove top was "ON". Thinking that we may have somehow missed something, we had to find someone who could go to our house and check on it. Thankfully, it was NOT on.
A repair man came today; he said the range was wired incorrectly during manufacturing.
I really want to love this range. It is beautiful and it was a significant investment. I'm hoping to begin to use all of its fancy features now that we are up and running at 100%.

Cons: middle griddle heated unevenly and everything stuck; need to season griddle and try again; use lower oven most and hardest to reach into as door touches floor- wish they reversed so top oven was quick heating and held two racks. It gets the most use so why is it on bottom?
Also first time used self clean the glass shattered. It was covered under warranty but was a hassle and a mess! Afraid to try it again! Also wifi connection is issue. Says not connected most of the time.
My husband selected range as anniversary gift. I do like big power burner. Middle griddle is a waste of space. Some of my middle sized pans and large pans touch or make other pan off centered when cooking. Personally I would rather have four burners with more
space. Fan is loud and heat from oven blows across burners. We have set things on top of stove, while oven on, and burned fingers when picking up as so hot from oven exhaust.

I bought this supposedly so super oven 6 months ago. My Fridgidare went on the blink shortly before Thanksgiving. What I wanted was out of stock everywhere til after the holidays so I opted for This LG Double oven. Before this I had gas top and electric oven, which is the absolute best. Couldn't find it, so now I have this expensive oven and cannot do any baking in the top oven because the heat is so uneven, it's so horrible. Can't do cookies or anything on a cookie sheet, or anything else for that matter. The front and sides will be burnt and anything in the middle will still be pale and under cooked. Such a major disappointment. Since I do a lot of baking I thought the small top would be so practical for small batches, but it's nearly useless in every way. Just in general, will never get a gas oven again. Gas on top and electric for oven is the only way to go in my opinion.

The first thing I cooked was a whole roasted chicken and it turned out excellent, crispy skin and beautiful roasted color all over. I especially like how the cooktop is made, it is very easy to clean. I like having the two ovens and love that one of them is convection. We are so happy we purchased this stove. Top bakes unevenly which is unfortunate, and the fan is noisy while on & while cooling.
