So far so good. 4/5 due to the unhelpful HP instructions for setup and installation. Otherwise would be 5/5. Have used HP monochrome laser printers for years and very satisfied. My old HP p1102w still works fine, I just needed a second printer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first HP laser jet in 2009. The 1102w ran thousands of prints without any hiccups. I bought a new laptop with upgraded software and I could not get my "old" LJ to connect. So, I bought the new M102 and am now running it.
