I buy all HP products, PC's Laptops for home and my business, Also HP Printers. I got this on and I hate it. I can not find out what the drum is for and how often you would have to change, Has printer cartilage and don't see how to change and when . Obviously when it needs ink. But do I have to change drum? very expensive.
I researched it for weeks and I got it earlier than I thought that I would. It won’t connect to my WiFi despite trying everything
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer has not connected wirelessly like it should. I can understand why that would be disappointing as well as frustrating, especially after you did so much research before making the purchase, so I’ll offer some resources and information that I hope will help.
First, I recommend you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various problems, including wireless connectivity and setup issues. There you can also find the HP Print and Scan Doctor, a general diagnostic tool. If you use Windows, the tool will help identify and guide you through solutions to a wide range of common printing and scanning issues. Reach that page by following this link: - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics
If the problem persists, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can guide you through the proper troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
Cannot print. I don’t think it’s is an HP issue, but rather a Win10 spoiler issue based on what I’ve read online. MS seems not to care to fix the issue. Printer was easy to set up and install, but I suppose I’m being forced to get a new laptop :(
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice fast home printer

Easy to set up and install, doesn't take up much space, prints fast (not quite as fast as an office printer though). Quality of print is sharp and it stays online for me all the time except when I unplug it and plug it back in if I have to move it to another room - but then just push a button and your back online quickly. I have not had any issues as the other reviews suggest. However, I also bought a new HP laptop a month before I got this printer. I had issues with my old laptop (7years old) and new printers. I really like this printer for heavier home printing and would recommend it to my friends.
Great printer for the price. Easy set-up. WIFI and iPrinting works perfectly. Reasonable fast print speed. I have an older version of this printer for 5 years. I print 4000 sheets/year. No jams, no problems, no cartridges that dry out, no losing of IP addresses, works every time. Love, love, love this printer.
printer works fine. I think it's a little slow processing to print. Very dissapointed when I got the low ink warning and went to change the cartridge only to find that the one they were promoting with the printer was a drum and not a ink catridge. (guess I need to read more when purchasing) would not have bought it had I know it needed the drum.
