[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laser jet printer is remarkable it installed easily and I can now print virtually from any device via air print!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only print two or three times a week at most, and was tired of ink cartridges that dried out and couldn't be saved. I got this laser printer and now when I print, it fires up and prints perfectly, every time. A great small-footprint laser printer, very economical to operate.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the HP Laserjet Pro M102w Printer for home/office use. I use the printer for generating toner transfer PC board patterns for project developments in addition to its normal use for printing letters and reports. The HP Laserjet is a full range printer and continually impresses me with its versatility and excellent quality print products. In addition its compact design is an added advantage of the Laserjet Pro M102w. This is a high-value printer and I am glad that I selected this HP product!

Not really a Wireless printer

Bought this last year and have struggled with it since I got it. Should have returned it immediately but thought I would keep trying. It loses connectivity constantly, I have to reboot the printer almost every time I want to print. I have given up on wireless printing and just connect the wire to my laptop which defeats the entire purpose of why I bought this printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,
I'm very sorry to hear you've had connectivity difficulties. I'm really disappointed that WiFi connection is causing you difficulties.
If you were able to connect your printer to a wireless network, but the connection drops, perhaps using this troubleshooter will help fix it: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05368548
You might also try using the 'HP Print and Scan Doctor', which is a general troubleshooting tool: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03286146
For any other concerns, you can always contact HP Support at: hp.com/contacthp

Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer is not working like it should. I can understand why paper jams and poor print quality would quickly become frustrating, so I’ll offer what I hope is helpful information and resources.
First, I recommend you go through this troubleshooting document on clearing and avoiding paper jams: - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05195305
Next, I suggest you follow the steps in this guide to improving print quality: - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05202849
If the problems persist, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can guide you through the proper troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

LaserJet Pro M102w apparently has a small memory as it takes too long to start printing and also is slow between multiple pages.
this printer is great for individual use at home or at the office. not too big and not too small. Has a tray for letterhead or envelopes. great value - highly recommended .
