[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love cooking a big breakfast on the weekends. Anything from pancakes, eggs, bacon or/and sausage. And this Zojirush gourmet sizzler is perfect for cooking! It fits everything at the same time. There’s plenty of room on the cook surface to fit everything you want to cook. Pancakes on one end and bacon and eggs on the other. We take it with us camping and use it to make suppers as well as breakfast. We’ve cooked the best fresh fish and steaks along with fresh veggies. It’s so versatile. Clean up is super easy as the bottom plate comes off and can clean it quickly. It’s definitely something we use a lot

Best electric griddle I’ve owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my family love this Gourmet Sizzler Electric Griddle as it’s a lot bigger than other griddles I’ve had. I like that it has raised sides to keep things from leaking off the griddle plate. The lid is also a bonus to help keep things warm. Easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my Zojirushi - Gourmet Sizzler® Electric Griddle! It was easy to assemble, I just had to put the heating plate on and plug the temperature control plug in and it was ready to go! I let it preheat at 350 for 8 minutes per instructions and when I put my bacon on, it was sizzling right away! I then added my potatoes and those sizzled immediately as well. I let them cook for probably about 7 minutes while turning the bacon every now and then. They cooked perfectly! I then added my egg whites to the griddle and had a little bit of a hard time. They ran all over and I had to quickly scoop them in a pile. Once I got them into the pile, they cooked in a couple minutes. Everything came out amazing! The griddle is perfect size to cook everything at once! Griddle was easy to clean, I just wiped it down with a wet paper towel while it was warm! I love this and highly recommend it!

I love the extra large size because I can cook 8 pancakes at once, or 6 rib eyes, and its also great for grilling vegetables. So happy to finally have an extra large griddle that cooks evenly and is easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a well made product. Perfect for pancakes, sausage or whatever you like to griddle. Spacious and super easy to clean. My only negative is that yo would not ant to do bacon on this. There is no drip pan or anything to catch grease.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this to review by TryIt Sampling. What I received was a ZOJIRUSHI Electric griddle.
The size is extra-large - 12 1/2” x 19”. This is a fabulous size for a griddle. It has a durable cooking service which is a titanium enhanced nonstick coating. It states it is easy to clean and it has a lid. The easy to use temperature control plug is really long. The griddle I had before had an extremely short cord so it was very limiting to where I could use it. This griddle I can put it anywhere and plug it in. I love this feature. And it also came with a cute little stainless steel spatula. So you are not limited to using just plastic cooking utensils.
The griddle comes in four parts. The main bodyguard which is plastic. The heat Shield plate which sets inside the main bodyguard. Then you have the actual cooking plate that sits on top of the heat shield plate. And then there is the lid. When I first put it together I put the heat shield plate on top of the bodyguard and I tried to plug in the Temperature control plug. It would not go in. I took a closer look at it and why it would not go in and it was because a little strip of metal was blocking the hole. Well I felt quite downhearted. And then I read the directions. The directions state that this is a safety feature. The temperature control plug cannot be inserted if the plate is not properly set up. You need to put the three pieces together and then put in the temperature control plug. Well that made me feel a lot better because once I did that step I was able to insert the temperature control plug and I was ready to go. Also the temperature control plug has, on each side, release buttons. When you plug it in place it clicks and is secure. And you cannot remove the temperature control plug without first pinching the release buttons in and pulling the plug away. Another great safety feature. This means no little kids can grab the cord and pull it out randomly.
For the test run I did pancakes and eggs. That’s usually what the family likes to have before they go off to school and work in the morning. My old griddle I could only do two pancakes at a time and then I had to do eggs in a separate pan on the stove. With this griddle and it’s huge surface I was able to do four pancakes and two eggs at one time all on the griddle! I can see right now where this is going to be so much more efficient in the mornings. Clean up also is a breeze. I used a cooking Oil spray as well as butter in the two different sections for the food and once I was done cooking and the grill was cooling down I took paper towel and just wiped it off and it cleaned up beautifully.
Overall this is a fabulous griddle and I am so glad I was selected to review this. We also have a ZOJIRUSHI breadmaker. We absolutely love that as we have fresh bread three if not four times a week. I think I can see my kitchen becoming exclusively ZOJIRUSHI!!

This is the most fabulous griddle ever! The large surface size makes cooking for lots of people a breeze. The non-stick surface and temperature control ensure that whatever you cook is done to perfection. No more scraping up half done pancakes or under cooked food! I use this griddle literally every day for one meal or another, pancakes, breakfast meats, grilled cheese, burgers, hash browns, the list is endless, plus the handles make for easy serving. The lid is perfect for melting cheese or simply keeping foods the consistency that you want. I absolutely love this griddle and I will never own anything else. I highly recommend!

Amazing Electric Griddle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Griddle is the best griddle I have ever used. Being a home cook for 30 years, I have used alot of electric griddles. This one is top notch. It cooks evenly and gets hot so much faster than all the others I have used. I've already used this griddle multiple times now, but I am very impressed by how evenly the heat is distributed and how easily it cleans-up. It is the best non-stick surface that I have ever owned. Food tends to slide around the surface when you're attempting to pick it up, but a second spatula or spoon used to keep the food from sliding as I get the spatula under it fixes that issue. It is big enough to fit at least 12 pancakes which is great because it cuts down my time spent cooking and more time to spend with my family. I am extremely happy with this awesome electric griddle.
