[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a gourmet sizzles electric griddle to try. I absolutely love this griddle. It is very easy to plug in and turn on. It saves me on using my gas stove and creating extra heat in the house. The griddle is large enough to cook a variety of foods at the same time, given they all require the same temperature. Cleanup is super quick and easy and no hassle at all. Only downfall is that the entire griddle with base attached is a bit on the heavy side.

I can cook from 4 to 6 pancakes at once vs 3 on my old unit. What I like best is the even heat on the griddle and even cooking on the pancakes. I no more have dark stripes on my pancakes where the heating element is laying in the unit. Finally, the modular design is great for easy storage and especially cleanup. Great performance with a great design.

Not only does it do pancakes and eggs perfectly, but he’s been using it to make most of our meals because it’s so easy to clean and you don’t need to use much oil with the material these are made of. He says it’s also good how he can cook multiple things at once without crowding, and that the temperature setting is accurate.

Perfect for making large breakfast

With its large cooking space I am able to put multiple items on and cook them at once. It runs on electric so it frees up my gas stove top. Included lid keeps the items warm. Easy to clean.

I read a lot of reviews about griddles with uneven cooking before I found great reviews for this one. And they were right... this griddle cooks so evenly. The pancakes I made came out with even color from edge to edge. The surface is very durable and easy to clean since it removes completely from the base. And it is a nice large generous size, with more heating coils than most, and they can also be removed from the base.
I was a little hesitant to spend the extra money for this griddle, but I am so glad I did because it is definitely a step above any other griddle on the market. You won't be disappointed if you decide to purchase this griddle.
