This is the most fabulous griddle ever! The large surface size makes cooking for lots of people a breeze. The non-stick surface and temperature control ensure that whatever you cook is done to perfection. No more scraping up half done pancakes or under cooked food! I use this griddle literally every day for one meal or another, pancakes, breakfast meats, grilled cheese, burgers, hash browns, the list is endless, plus the handles make for easy serving. The lid is perfect for melting cheese or simply keeping foods the consistency that you want. I absolutely love this griddle and I will never own anything else. I highly recommend!

I love the extra large size because I can cook 8 pancakes at once, or 6 rib eyes, and its also great for grilling vegetables. So happy to finally have an extra large griddle that cooks evenly and is easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my Zojirushi - Gourmet Sizzler® Electric Griddle! It was easy to assemble, I just had to put the heating plate on and plug the temperature control plug in and it was ready to go! I let it preheat at 350 for 8 minutes per instructions and when I put my bacon on, it was sizzling right away! I then added my potatoes and those sizzled immediately as well. I let them cook for probably about 7 minutes while turning the bacon every now and then. They cooked perfectly! I then added my egg whites to the griddle and had a little bit of a hard time. They ran all over and I had to quickly scoop them in a pile. Once I got them into the pile, they cooked in a couple minutes. Everything came out amazing! The griddle is perfect size to cook everything at once! Griddle was easy to clean, I just wiped it down with a wet paper towel while it was warm! I love this and highly recommend it!

I like that it has raised sides to keep things from leaking off the griddle plate. The lid is also a bonus to help keep things warm. Easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love cooking a big breakfast on the weekends. Anything from pancakes, eggs, bacon or/and sausage. And this Zojirush gourmet sizzler is perfect for cooking! It fits everything at the same time. There’s plenty of room on the cook surface to fit everything you want to cook. Pancakes on one end and bacon and eggs on the other. We take it with us camping and use it to make suppers as well as breakfast. We’ve cooked the best fresh fish and steaks along with fresh veggies. It’s so versatile. Clean up is super easy as the bottom plate comes off and can clean it quickly. It’s definitely something we use a lot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance changed my life!! I don’t even know where to begin with this review. I wanted to experiment with breakfast, lunch, and dinner before leaving a review. So for breakfast I was able to cook pancakes, eggs, and sausage all at the same time. This griddle really is extra large! The heat settings are a great feature and I love that the griddle is the same temperature all the way through. For lunch I made bacon cheeseburgers for which I was able to fry the back, cook the burger, and toast the buns. And my dinner meal was steak and asparagus. I love the convenience of cooking my meals all at the same time. I love the nonstick coating. I love the lid as it keeps splatters at bay. I love the stainless steel spatula that came with the griddle. I overall LOVE this griddle!!! My new favorite kitchen appliance!

Making cooking fun!

I’ve used it near everyday since owning it and have had so much fun cooking. The setup was so easy and cleanup is even easier. The griddle heats up very quickly and heats evenly for cooking everything at the same speed. I haven’t had to go over 300 yet and everything has turned out wonderful. I think by far my favorite aspect of having it is that I can cook on the countertop and the kids can watch and I can also dish up right there without walking across the kitchen. Clean up is so easy, most of the time I just wipe the cooking surface down with a wet rag once dry and it’s perfect! I love how easily I could pack it up and take it anywhere with us and since it just plugs in I can use it just about everywhere! 5 star product for an awesome price tag! Must have!
