[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Until I tried it, I would never have thought there was a big difference in how rice could even turn out. Was I wrong! We love rice but its such a pain to make, as well as steel cut oats. Since getting this, we have had perfect rice several times and the hot oats ready at six am on the timer is perfect on a cold morning. Do not buy a cheap brand. Get the best. You wont regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased just a few couple months ago and I’m very impressed..Has hot oatmeal ready for me for breakfast and easily makes rice just in time for dinner…(Or quinoa) which we love in my household and…Wait for it you can also make a small cake ! What’s not to love?! You’ll wonder why you waited so long!

I have had three Zojirushi rice cookers over the years. As with all Zojirushi rice cookers, this one is excellent. I bought this one to use at the office! I noticed the "pot" that the rice cooks in is thicker than my old rice cooker's. This one has a detachable power cord instead of a retractable one. The interior lid is easy to take out and put back, and stays solidly in place when it's supposed to.
