My parents had one so I grew up using one, my grandparents had one, and now I have two in the house...basically a necessity for everyday. I make tea in the mornings and multiple times a day, everyday. This water boiler stands up to daily, hourly use for me and it will last a generation easily...it's that well made. I set it at 195 degrees for the energy efficiency Eco mode. Has the Magnetic Connect-Cord for safety, it will safely detach if you trip on the cord so the whole boiler will not tip over. Carry handle for transport. Interior has water channel for easily emptying water if necessary. Base has built-in turn table so it rotates effortlessly when full. This product is THE Gold Standard, there is a reason why so many homes have these throughout the world.

Hard working one of a kind quality

We had this boiler for over 10 years using 24/7 (we don't drink cold water). It has been through 3 moving and lots of abuse and power surges etc., doesn't look new anymore but work like brand new.
I haven't had any appliance working so hard and so fine. It worth every penny and lot more

Well designed. Ease of cleaning was carefully thought out for disassembly. Water heating and temperature retaining works well. Safety with a purposeful unlock to dispense hot water is genius. Electric dispenser means I can hold the dispense button down for continuous water output.
