I received my first Zojurushi in 2006 or so. I loved it, my family loved, friends that came over loved it. That first unit served my family very well until it needed to be replaced and this one, that we replaced it with, I really like that it's a little slimmer and a little taller. I always recommend this Brand to people!!

Absolutely love this Water Boiler. I've had Zojirushi water boilers for decades. My mom got me started enjoying Zojirushi. I've loved all my past water boilers, but I have to say this is my favorite. I love the vacuum seal to keep the water hot overnight or during the day. I'm a tea drinker, so I love having hot water all day long.

Out previous Zojirushi water boiler served us daily for 15 years. Love the design of this new model. Reboil and slow drip features are genius. Slightly taller than previous unit makes it easy to fill up our 20oz Starbucks travel mug. Looks beautiful on our counter (next to our Zojirushi rice cooker). Couldn’t be happier!

It's been great having hot water available all the time! We used to have a simple electric kettle, but this device is so much nicer. We have several Zojirushi appliances, and this one is just as solid as our rice cooker and our coffee maker.
