This TV is the BOMB!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no idea just how good this TV was going to be. We started hanging this at about 8pm one night, after getting our old tv down off the wall. Unboxing this was a masterpiece in itself, admiring the box and the way the contents were laid out for us. We had no problem going through the instructions to get this set up. I would recommend that you start by using the legs and use a tv stand to begin with, then work your way up to installing on the wall, though. I say that because this TV is legit and you're going to want to start watching it immediately.
Connecting our devices was a cinch, and so was using the Samsung remote as the universal remote. The invisible connection cable is awesome, too, and it's very helpful that it's got a little weight to it because that helped it work its way through our smurf tube in the wall!
After connection, I am amazed at the picture quality of this television. I have never owned a 4K TV before and am finally experiencing the quality of the shows we are watching when I witness it on The Frame.
I don't know how we'll ever go back to another type of television after watching our shows and sports on the Samsung Frame. We are three happy campers!!

I love the TV but I have veritical banding during certain scenes

First off,,, design wise it is awesome ... I love the idea of an art piece that blends into our place. I realize it doesn't have the same guts as say the Q line... I was ok with that. If you want the most cutting edge I'd say this isn't the tv for u ... try the Q line or just jump into an OLED if that's your thing. BUT coming from an old 2003 plasma 720p tv this thing is amazing.
My only gripe is during say ..blue sky scenes... even in the self diagnostic test image of the beach scene with the blue sky... I can see vertical banding.. I guess it's just bad luck with the backlight. It's not the end of the world..but for the price I was bummed to see this happen. Once again.. it could be just bad luck.

The Frame TV 55 inch combine beauty with vibrance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I are retired and watch television quite a lot on a daily basis. He remembers his first black and white 9" tv set. His aunt who was the private secretary to the president 's company brought it over. My husband was hooked, he can tell the names of tv series, actors, etc from that era. Over the years, he acquired bigger and better sets. And of course, the color tvs.
Nothing prepared him for the beauty of The Frame TV 55 inch. The man who complains about any physical exertion, was enthusiastic. He opened the package with no effort whatsoever. I helped get the tv, and the various items out, but he insisted in setting up everything himself. He kept commenting how easy it is to add the invisible optical connection cable. Then, how thin the cable is compared to the thick cables we have to the VCR, to the blu-ray, etc.
Then, it was time to put up the Frame. We agreed on the color and finally turned the tv on. We were both amazed at how easy it is to scroll through the various icons, and especially how to set up the wifi. It is intuitive. The true test was when we turned onto a channel. We were blown away by the vibrant colors on the screen. It felt like the field of flowers on the screen were in our den, waiting to be picked.
Then came the time to choose an "Art" picture. There was a large choice that came with The Frame, plus we would be able to add some from our iphone. We finally decided on the Birds, whose realism our little dog barked at, first,

This TV is Magic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Frame TV is a magical device that has transformed my bedroom! We now have a beautiful TV and artwork mounted on our wall. The TV is incredibly simple to set up and use. The image quality is immaculate; truly stunning. The Smart TV features have all of the streaming service apps preloaded and are easy and convenient to access and use. The One Connect box is extremely convenient, especially when paired with the invisible connection and no-gap wall mount. The no gap wall mount came with a VERY easy to use diagram to pin onto the wall which made mounting the TV hassle free. I couldn't be more impressed with all of the features this TV has to offer! Highly recommend.

Beautiful, yet very capable 4K Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV looks gorgeous; especially with the customizable bezel with the Art Mode turned on. I never thought TV could be a part of home decor, and this is the TV changed my thought.
It also is very capable 4K Smart TV; latest Smart technology really shines on this TV.

Here are my favorite features:
- Art Mode is the by far the best feature. There are numbers of masterpieces pre-loaded in the TV. Also using "Smart View" app on my Galaxy S8+, I can send my favorite pictures to the Frame, and setup my own picture frame.
(TV firmware update is highly recommended; Art Mode became much more stable after the update. FW update link: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/the-frame)
I would also recommend using REAL camera with very high image quality if want to display own pictures on the Frame TV.
- One Connect and Invisible cable make the wall mount TV so much more sense. I placed this TV control box next to the AV receiver; cable connection and configuration is so much easier.
- Seamless connection with NAS (Network Attached Storage; tested with Synology DS216J) TV detects the NAS automatically, and can play all the pictures and videos from the network storage. NAS automatically appears as one of the input sources. This was a pleasant surprise!

The Best TV I've Ever Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frame Tv's picture is rich and vibrant. During our first evening watching it, we played a movie that's an old favorite of ours. We were surprised to see that although our previous tv was a newer 4K model, we noticed details that we'd been unable to see on our old television. The speakers are also very good. Usually I attach a surround system to my television. I'm pleased with this tv right out if the box.
The Frame TV comes with a system to mount it flush against the wall. I love the idea, but it wasn't the right set up for our needs. Last year we had a carpenter build a recessed space with outlets in our wall to hold the tv. We then installed a tv mount on an arm that swivels, so the tv can be pulled out of the wall and turned to face anywhere in the living room or kitchen. My husband was able to use our existing setup to mount The Frame TV. It looks amazing. He just needs to finish hiding the wiring, and the installation will be complete.
The art choices that come with the tv are plentiful. There's enough variety so that I'd be surprised if you couldn't find something to suit your taste. I like the way you can choose the style of matte, or even no matte, for the art. I have the white magnetic bezel on my TV, and it looks fabulous. When the TV is in art mode, it's indistinguishable from the surrounding pieces of artwork. The TV simply disappears. Love it!
I would definitely recommend this TV.

Simple TV

1. The no gap wall mount actually puts the tv directly against the wall. This is a great value since it is included with the TV
2. Comes with the invisible connecter and One Connect box which make it easy to hide components into a closet. While still being able to control them with the remote
3. The universal remote is truly universal. Connected Directv, Xbox One and Apple TV and was recognized with HDMI being plugged in and device on. no having to custom program the buttons. (after using Logitech Remotes, this is much easier)
4. App Bar is fantastic. Can move my apps around and also the inputs are treated like apps so it is very easy to switch between directv, hulu, netflix ....
5. Speaker quality is much better than other tv's ( I stopped using a Yamaha Soundbar because the quality was good and looked better)
6. The Frames are clever as they are easy to install and are magnetic.

Exquisite Design

This is a uniquely beautiful television. When its off, it looks like a painting or photography, not a TV. It becomes a television when you want it. The optional frame is genuine wood. The set up was very easy. I had budgeted 2 hours to configure the device, but completed the whole task in a few minutes, including connecting to WiFi and Amazon. I wish all my devices worked this well. The remote is simple, no irrelevant tabs, I am impressed, convinced and recommend the Frame.
Pros: beautiful and well thought out design
I would recommend this to a friend!
